Executive Summary
California Air Resources Board will postpone review of the Clean Air Plan to provide more time for public comment, CARB says in 1March 25 announcement. Public comments will be accepted until May 15, as board consideration, originally scheduled for CARB's April 25-26 meeting, will be rescheduled for a later date, agency adds. Technical workshop slated for early April also will be moved to a later date.
