Hair care manufacturer signs letter of intent to sell value-priced Style hair care line to New Brunswick, N.J.-based USA Detergents, Lamaur announces. Expected to close by April 30, sale is in line with Lamaur's initiative to rejuvenate its brand portfolio by shifting focus from "classical" brands towards those developed through exclusive licensing agreements.
