Tarte: "Healthy" cosmetics brand Tarte is rolling out two new makeup products on QVC, firm says March 16. Dark Circle Defense, an under-eye corrector and blush combo, contains "skinvigorating" ingredients including anti-inflammatory honey extract and vitamin E, as well as soybean extract and mineral pigments. hEYE Impact eyeshadow and liner is gentle for skin around the eye but does not smudge and is enriched with aloe leaf extract for its antiseptic properties and vitamins E and A, Tarte says. Both products are free of parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates, sulfates, preservatives, fragrances and dyes, firm says. Available on QVC, the eyeshadow and corrector cost $25 and $32, respectively.

A loving Philosophy: In conjunction with its newest fragrance, Unconditional Love , skin-care brand Philosophy is launching 2 http://www.philosophygiveslove.com/, firm says March 16. Web site allows visitors to "give and share love" by uploading their personal love stories, sending love songs and love letters to friends, and becoming a friend of the site on Facebook, brand says. Participants who share a love story will be eligible to receive a free sample of Unconditional Love fragrance. Intended to "help inspire us to love and to give love," according to Philosophy Founder Christina Carlino, the scent is available now for $40 at the firm's Web site, 3 http://www.philosophy.com/. Perfumed shampoo and bath and shower gels are $22 each; firming body lotion is $34.
