Chicago, Ill.-based beauty retailer Ulta announces June 26 the first recipients of the Ulta Enrich, Empower and Enlighten Scholarship. Dedicated to improving women's futures, Ulta gives award to 16 high-school female seniors in the U.S. Winners are chosen based on academic achievement, community involvement, commitment to continuing their education and leadership qualities. Each receives a scholarship for continuing education and a trip to Chicago for an awards luncheon.
